It's official: my fave Tom Douglas joint is opening up for us May 3rd for a special "whole beast" lunch by brilliant Palace Kitchen Chef Dezi Bonow. If you're not familiar with the Palace Kitchen, I'll have to assume you just stepped off the plane (and if so, welcome to Seattle; we hope you arrived hungry). 
Great news: 2012 Food & Wine Best New Chef recipient Cormac Mahoney has agreed to open his  Madison Park Conservatory  for a special Seattle Foodies First Friday Lunch Club in March.
